Saki Hikari Multi Season Koi Food

Saki Hikari Multi Season is an easily assimilated and highly digestible daily diet, ideal for feeding all year round, particularly during the cooler months, and is suitable as a daily diet even down to 5°C. It includes pure-cultured Spirulina, to help your Koi develop and maintain the excellent colouration that all Koi owners strive for, whilst ensuring there is no negative impact on the Shiroji (white areas of Koi). With Saki Hikari Multi Season, you can expect improved luster, as well as reduced fatalities and fat-deposit-free growth, all as a result of the perfect ingredient balance.

This contains easily digested ingredients, including a select portion of wheat germ kernel, which means there is a high level of usable proteins available for the Koi, as well as more beneficial vitamins, which allows for this to be fed even down to such low temperatures. The uniquely balanced mix of superior proteins support the digestive system whilst also supporting a steady and predictable growth, with a much lower chance of weight loss.

This range includes a strain of Bacillus bacteria called Hikari-Germ which creates beneficial digestive enzymes thereby improving the digestive capacity of Koi. Hikari-Germ also helps support the fish's own good bacteria, helping prevent a build up of bad bacteria thereby helping build up stronger natural defenses. This unique, beneficial bacteria overthrows bad bacteria within the intestine slowing down its growth and ability to lethally infect your fish.Furthermore, waste that is excreted is highly decomposed by the activity of the bacteria, which helps maintain the quality of water while also reducing the load on the filter, therefore reducing maintenance.

Available in 2kg or 5kg Bags, this is a floating pellet of around 5 - 5.5mm, and is ideal for Koi of around 20cm or more in length.

Feeding: Feed the amount your fish will consume within a few minutes, based on your water temperature, pond condition and the activity level of your fish. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding and always remove any uneaten food after the feeding period. Feed when the water temperature is 5°C or above.
