Absolute quality for the price. We had to check with Ryu-san multiple times the price was right! Izumiya Sanke is from jimbei linage, one of the older styles of Sanke. However, the big blocky sumi that is seen in the Jimbei bloodline more often than not ensures that the sumi quality is of the highest quality. Lovely tsubo sumi that is developing well. Great frame and body for a Sanke. Snow White shiroji!
